Hubert et moi partons un vir\u00e9e \u00e1 la Pointe du Raz.
Le jour est couvert, il pleut l\u00e9g\u00e8rement et d\u00b4\u00e9pais nuages gris annoncent de nouvelles pluies. Mon Dieu, j\u00b4esp\u00e8re, que le ciel ne nous tombe pas sur la t\u00eate. Bien s\u00fbr, nous devons faire une pause pour le d\u00e9jeuner, nous sommes en France, et le d\u00e9jeuner est sacr\u00e9 pour les Fran\u00e7ais!<\/p>\n

Nous avons trouv\u00e9 un restaurant \u00e1 Douarnenez, connu pour ses plats de poisson et id\u00e9alement situ\u00e9 \u00e1 le port. Mais c\u00b4est mar\u00e9e basse en ce moment, le bateaux sont couch\u00e9s dans la vase, qui est aussi grise et sale comme le ciel. Aucune trace de romance !!!!!
Le restaurant est sympa, un peu trop inconfortable pour moi, mais…on dit, que le poisson est tr\u00e8s bon ici. L\u00e0, on s’assoit avec un vue sur la vase et des bateaux en position inclin\u00e9e (car la mar\u00e9e est basse) et on attend les choses respectivement les poissons qui viennent l\u00e0. Et ainsi commence une proc\u00e9dure entre Hubert et la serveuse, qui nous\u00a0 est compl\u00e8tement \u00e9tranger \u00e1 nous , les allemands. Une interminable discussion quel vin avec quel poisson, quel vin avec les crustac\u00e9s, quel\u00a0 ap\u00e9ritif pr\u00e9pare le mieux l\u00b4estomac au plaisirs \u00e1 venir, quel vin de telle ou telle r\u00e9gion s\u00b4accorde le mieux.
Je suis assis compl\u00e8tement envout\u00e9e , le temps s’\u00e9tire , mon ventre glisse petit \u00e1 petit en direction de l’arri\u00e8re de mon genou et je suis vraiment fascin\u00e9e. Quel effort pour un poisson mort et quelques moules !!!! Les Fran\u00e7ais et leur culture culinaire !!!
Et puis vient l’entr\u00e9e … un plateau de fruits de mer…les araign\u00e9es de mer, les huitres, les escargots de mer et autres des cr\u00e9atures similaires. Incroyable qu’ils mangent . Je ne veux m\u00eame pas avoir l’animal ni dans ma cave sombre ni sur mon assiette . Et donc je me limite aux crevettes et aux coquille Sainte Jacques et pousse ce que je m\u00e9prise en direction d’Hubert Il ne comprend plus le monde et se sent confirme dans sa vision, que les Fran\u00e7ais donnent le ton culinaire mondial et que toutes les autres nations sont des philistins culturels. \u00c1 l’exception peut -\u00eatre encore des autochtones de Papua nouvelle Guin\u00e9e.
Eh bien, je peux vivre avec ca. nous terminons notre repas et continuons jusqu’\u00e0 la Pointe du Raz.<\/p>\n

Toujours sous la bruine et nous partons du parking en direction de \u201e Lands End\u201c respectivement \u201eFrance End\u201c Et pendant , que je me tiens au-dessus de la mer sur les puissants rochers de granit et que je regarde l’\u00e9tendue infinie de l\u00b4Atlantique, \u00e9coute le battement des vagues ,qui me racontent leur long voyage dans l’immensit\u00e9 de l\u00b4oc\u00e9an , les vagues qui sond inoffensives aujourd’hui est pourtant peuvent \u00eatre si sauvages, une br\u00e8che s’ouvre dans les nuages et le soleil envoie\u00a0 ses longues \u00e9chasses vers l\u00b4eau et enchante terre et mer. Les cr\u00eates des vagues qui se brisent avec de longs embruns blancs sur le rocher et \u00e9voquent des prismes aux couleur de l’arc en ciel dans l’air, l’Atlantique, qui brille intens\u00e9ment bleu l\u00e0 o\u00f9 le soleil l’embrasse, les rochers imposants, le phare solitaire,\u00a0 loin dans la mer, qui a brav\u00e9 tant d’orages, C\u00b4est magique !!!!
Je peux comprendre qu’on dit, que la Bretagne s’appelle le pays des mythes et des contes des f\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

Conclusion :\u00a0 je ne comprend pas toujours les m\u0153urs est coutumes des Fran\u00e7ais, mais je comprend la beaut\u00e9 de leur pays et leur fiert\u00e9 de \u00e7a !<\/p>\n

Hubert und ich machen einen Ausflug zum \u201ePointe du Raz\u201c.
Der Tag ist bedeckt, es nieselt und dicke, graue Wolken bedecken den Himmel und k\u00fcndigen weiteren Regen an. Mon Dieu, ich hoffe, der Himmel f\u00e4llt uns nicht auf den Kopf. Nat\u00fcrlich m\u00fcssen wir mittags eine Pause zum Essen machen, das \u201eDejeuner\u201c ist den Franzosen heilig.<\/p>\n

Wir finden ein Restaurant in Douarnenez, welches bekannt ist f\u00fcr seine Fischgerichte und idyllisch am Hafen liegt. Aber es ist Ebbe, die Boote liegen im Schlick, der genauso schmutzig und grau ist wie der Himmel. Von Romantik keine Spur.
Das Restaurant ist nett,mir ein wenig zu unpers\u00f6nlich, aber…der Fisch soll hier exzellent sein. Da sitzen wir nun , mit Blick auf den Schlick, die Boote in Schr\u00e4glage ( weil Ebbe) und harren der Dinge , respektive der Fische, die da kommen. Und so beginnt ein Prozedere, das uns Deutschen v\u00f6llig fremd ist.
Eine endlose Diskussion zwischen Hubert und der Kellnerin, welcher Wein zu welchem Fisch, welcher Wein zu welchen Schalentieren, welcher Aperitif bereitet den Magen am besten auf das Essen vor ,welcher Wein aus dieser oder jener Region passt am besten zu diesem oder jenem?!
Ich sitze v\u00f6llig gebannt daneben, die Zeit dehnt sich, mein Magen rutscht allm\u00e4hlich Richtung Kniekehlen und doch bin fasziniert ! Welch ein Aufwand f\u00fcr einen toten Fisch und ein paar Muscheln. Die Franzosen und ihre Esskultur! Und dann kommt die Vorspeise.<\/p>\n

Eine Platte mit Meerestieren… Seespinnen, Seeschnecken, Austern und anderen \u00e4hnlichen Kreaturen. Unm\u00f6glich f\u00fcr mich zu essen ! Es ist schon erstaunlich, was die Leute hier so zu sich nehmen. Das Getier m\u00f6chte ich weder im dunklen Keller , geschweige denn auf dem Teller haben. Und so beschr\u00e4nke ich mich auf die Crevetten und die Jakobsmuscheln und schiebe das von mir Verschm\u00e4hte in Richtung Hubert. Der versteht die Welt nicht mehr, und denkt wahrscheinlich, das die Franzosen doch den kulinarischen Ton angeben und alle Anderen sind eben Kulturbanausen.
Vielleicht noch die Ureinwohner von Papua-Neuguinea ( die essen auch alles was da kreucht und fleucht) Na egal , ich kann damit leben.<\/p>\n

Wir beenden unsere Mahlzeit, fahren weiter zum \u201ePointe du Raz\u201c, immer noch im Nieselregen und machen uns vom Parkplatz aus auf den Weg Richtung \u201eLands End\u201c respektive \u201e France End\u201c Und w\u00e4hrend ich hoch \u00fcber dem Meer auf den Granitfelsen stehe und auf die Weite des Atlantiks schaue, dem Schlagen der Wellen auf die Felsen lausche,die mir von ihrer langen Reise \u00fcber das unendliche Meer erz\u00e4hlen, \u00f6ffnet sich eine L\u00fccke in den Wolken, die Sonne sendet ihre langen Stelzen bis zum Wasser und verzaubert Land und Meer. Die K\u00e4mme der Wellen , die mit langer, wei\u00dfer Gischt am Felsen brechen und Prismen in Regenbogenfarben in die Luft zaubern, der Atlantik, der dort, wo die Sonne ihn k\u00fcsst, intensiv blau leuchtet, die imposanten Felsen, der einsame Leuchtturm, weit drau\u00dfen im Meer, der jedem Sturm trotzt. Es ist magisch !
Ich kann verstehen, dass die Bretagne das Land der Mythen und M\u00e4rchen genannt wird.<\/p>\n

Fazit : Ich verstehe nicht immer Sitten und Gebr\u00e4uche der Franzosen, aber ich verstehe die Sch\u00f6nheit ihres Landes und ihren Stolz darauf !<\/p>\n
