Die 18. Regionalversammlung \u201eCoeurs sans fronti\u00e8res\u201c (CSF) fand am 14. und 15. September 2024 in Oberkirch bei Offenburg statt.<\/p>\n

Veranstaltungsort war das Sch\u00f6nstatt-Zentrum Marienfried, ein Seminarhaus der katholischen Kirche.<\/p>\n

La 18e\u00a0 rencontre r\u00e9gionale de \u00ab C\u0153urs sans fronti\u00e8res\/Herzen ohne Grenzen \u00bb (CSF\/HOG) a eu lieu les 14 et 15 septembre 2024 \u00e0 Oberkirch pr\u00e8s d’Offenburg.<\/p>\n

Le lieu \u00e9tait le Centre Sch\u00f6nstatt Marienfried, une maison de s\u00e9minaire de l’\u00c9glise catholique.<\/p>\n

Insgesamt haben 22 Personen aus Frankreich und Deutschland an dem Treffen teilgenommen, das unter der Leitung seiner Pr\u00e4sidentin Chantal\u2026 und der Organisatorin, Beatrice Kelsch, stand. Marlene Maerkert, die seit vielen Jahren mit gro\u00dfen Engagement f\u00fcr den Verein t\u00e4tig ist, war aufgrund der Erkrankung des zust\u00e4ndigen Kollegen auch intensiv als \u00dcbersetzerin im Einsatz.<\/p>\n

Nach der Begr\u00fc\u00dfung und einer Vorstellungsrunde aller Teilnehmer wurde zun\u00e4chst \u00fcber die Arbeit und die bisherigen Erfolge der CSF-Arbeit von der Pr\u00e4sidentin berichtet.<\/p>\n

Au total 22 participants de France et d’Allemagne \u00e9taient pr\u00e9sents \u00e0 la rencontre, sous la direction de sa pr\u00e9sidente, Chantal Le Quentrec et de l’organisatrice, B\u00e9atrice Kelsch (la correspondante allemande de CSF\/HOG)). Marlene M\u00e4rkert, qui travaille depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es avec un grand engagement pour l’association, s’est \u00e9galement investie intensivement en tant que traductrice en raison de la maladie du coll\u00e8gue responsable.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s avoir souhait\u00e9 la bienvenue, tous les participants se sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s et la pr\u00e9sidente a parl\u00e9 du travail et des succ\u00e8s obtenus jusqu’\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent par CSF.\/HOG.<\/p>\n

Dann hatte die Historikerin Gwendoline Cicottini das Wort. Sie stellte ihre Doktorarbeit vor, die sie an den Universit\u00e4ten von Aix-Marseille und T\u00fcbingen absolviert hat und daf\u00fcr 2021 den \u201eMichael-Werner-Dissertationspreis\u201c erhalten hat. Ihre Arbeit wurde in verk\u00fcrzter Fassung unter dem Titel \u201eRelations interdites\u201c (Verbotene Beziehungen) im Mai 2024 ver\u00f6ffentlicht und besch\u00e4ftigt sich mit Liebesbeziehungen zwischen franz\u00f6sischen Kriegsgefangenen in Deutschland und deutschen Frauen w\u00e4hrend des zweiten Weltkriegs. Das 280-seitige Werk kann unter der ISBN-Nr.: 978-2-7351-2964-5 f\u00fcr 12 \u20ac bestellt werden.<\/p>\n

Die Arbeit befasst sich anhand von Einzelbeispielen mit der Situation der franz\u00f6sischen Kriegsgefangenen in Deutschland und den zu ihnen in Beziehung stehenden deutschen Frauen sowie der Reaktion der Justiz im Nationalsozialismus, die sich auf das Gesetz von 1939 zum \u201eVerbotenen Umgang mit Kriegsgefangenen\u201c bezieht. Die Frage der aus den Beziehungen entstandenen Besatzungskinder wird ebenfalls behandelt.<\/p>\n

Die Autorin, Frau Cicottini, stellte ihre Arbeit anschaulich und abwechselnd in Franz\u00f6sisch und Deutsch vor. Aus ihrem Vortrag ergab sich eine rege Diskussion und viele Fragen, die von ihr umfassend beantwortet werden konnten.<\/p>\n

Puis la parole a \u00e9t\u00e9 donn\u00e9e \u00e0 l’historienne Gwendoline Cicottini. Elle a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 sa th\u00e8se de doctorat, qu’elle a effectu\u00e9e aux universit\u00e9s d’Aix-Marseille et de T\u00fcbingen et pour laquelle elle a re\u00e7u le \u00ab Prix de th\u00e8se Michael Werner \u00bb en 2021. Sa th\u00e8se a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9e dans une version abr\u00e9g\u00e9e sous le titre \u00ab Relations interdites \u00bb en mai 2024. Elle traite des relations amoureuses entre des prisonniers de guerre fran\u00e7ais en Allemagne et des femmes allemandes pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Le livre de 280 pages peut \u00eatre command\u00e9 sous le num\u00e9ro ISBN : 978-2-7351-2964-5 au prix de 12 \u20ac.<\/p>\n

Le livre traite, \u00e0 l’aide d’exemples particuliers,\u00a0 la situation des prisonniers de guerre fran\u00e7ais en Allemagne et des femmes allemandes ayant une relation avec eux, ainsi que de la r\u00e9action de la justice sous le national-socialisme, qui se r\u00e9f\u00e8re \u00e0 la loi de 1939 sur les \u00ab relations interdites avec les prisonniers de guerre \u00bb. La question des enfants de l’occupation n\u00e9s de ces relations y est \u00e9galement abord\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Mme Cicottini, a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 son travail de mani\u00e8re claire, en alternant le fran\u00e7ais et l’allemand. Son expos\u00e9 a donn\u00e9 lieu \u00e0 une vive discussion et \u00e0 de nombreuses questions auxquelles elle a pu r\u00e9pondre de mani\u00e8re exhaustive.<\/p>\n

Zwei Teilnehmer hatten einen kleinen Vortrag zu ihrer eigenen pers\u00f6nlichen Geschichte vorbereitet. Ein Franzose, geb\u00fcrtig aus Lothringen hat nach aufw\u00e4ndiger Recherche, u.a. \u00fcber das Internationale Rote Kreuz in Genf, mit Hilfe von CSF vor ungef\u00e4hr 3 Jahren seinen deutschen Vater in M\u00fcnchen identifizieren k\u00f6nnen, der allerdings schon 1996 verstorben war. Auf diesem Weg hat er aber seine beiden in S\u00fcddeutschland lebenden, deutlich j\u00fcngeren Halbgeschwister finden k\u00f6nnen, zu denen sich eine herzliche Beziehung mit regelm\u00e4\u00dfigen Besuchen aufbauen lie\u00df.<\/p>\n

Seine an der Versammlung teilnehmende Schwester konnte dies best\u00e4tigen und berichtete aus ihrer Sicht wie sich die neue, v\u00f6llig unerwartete und \u00fcberraschende Geschwisterbeziehung seitdem sehr positiv und famili\u00e4r entwickelt hat \u2013 ein gro\u00dfer Gewinn f\u00fcr alle Seiten und nur m\u00f6glich dank der tatkr\u00e4ftigen Unterst\u00fctzung und Vermittlung durch das CSF.<\/p>\n

Ein weiterer Teilnehmer erz\u00e4hlte von seiner erfolgreichen Suche zusammen mit CSF nach seinem franz\u00f6sischen Vater, der jedoch bereits verstorben war. Dabei stie\u00df er auch mit Unterst\u00fctzung von DNA-Analysen auf seinen Cousin 1. Grades, mit dem er nun in Kontakt steht. Dieser hatte seinerseits recherchiert und ihm den entscheidenden Hinweis gegeben, dass die Gro\u00dfeltern beiderseits verwandt gewesen sein mussten.<\/p>\n

Deux participants avaient pr\u00e9par\u00e9 un petit expos\u00e9 sur leur histoire personnelle. Un Fran\u00e7ais, originaire de Lorraine, a pu identifier son p\u00e8re allemand \u00e0 Munich il y a environ trois ans, apr\u00e8s des recherches approfondies, notamment via la Croix-Rouge internationale \u00e0 Gen\u00e8ve et avec l’aide de CSF, mais il \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 en 1996. Par ce biais, il a toutefois pu retrouver son demi-fr\u00e8re et sa demi-s\u0153ur allemands, nettement plus jeunes, qui vivent dans le sud de l’Allemagne, avec lesquels une relation cordiale s’est \u00e9tablie, avec des visites r\u00e9guli\u00e8res.<\/p>\n

Sa s\u0153ur, qui participait \u00e0 cette rencontre, a pu le confirmer et a racont\u00e9 de son point de vue comment la nouvelle relation fraternelle, totalement inattendue et surprenante, s’est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e depuis, de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s positive et familiale. C\u2019est un grand avantage pour toutes les parties et uniquement possible gr\u00e2ce au soutien actif et \u00e0 l\u2019intervention de CSF\/HOG.<\/p>\n

Un autre participant a racont\u00e9 comment il avait r\u00e9ussi, avec\u00a0 CSF, \u00e0 retrouver son p\u00e8re fran\u00e7ais, qui \u00e9tait pourtant d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des analyses ADN, il a retrouv\u00e9 son cousin germain, avec lequel il est d\u00e9sormais en contact. Celui-ci avait, de son c\u00f4t\u00e9, fait des recherches et lui a confirm\u00e9 que les grands-parents devaient \u00eatre apparent\u00e9s des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Ein wichtiger Punkt der Veranstaltung wurde von Beatrice Kelsch angesprochen und betrifft das von den Franzosen in einem ehemaligen Sanatorium der Rothschildstiftung eingerichtete franz\u00f6sische Kinderheim (Pouponni\u00e8re) in Nordrach.<\/p>\n

Hier wurden zwischen 1947 und 1949 etwa 300 Kinder deutscher M\u00fctter aus Beziehungen mit franz\u00f6sischen Soldaten untergebracht. Diese wurden auch gegen den Willen der M\u00fctter nach Frankreich gebracht und dort zur Adoption freigegeben.<\/p>\n

Zum Gedenken an diese deutsch-franz\u00f6sischen Schicksale schl\u00e4gt Beatrice die Anbringung einer Gedenktafel an dem betreffenden Haus in Nordrach vor, das aktuell einer Luxussanierung unterzogen wird oder \u2013 wenn nicht m\u00f6glich – am Rathaus von Nordrach. Hierzu m\u00fcsste Kontakt mit der Stadtverwaltung Nordrach aufgenommen werden.<\/p>\n

Entre 1947 et 1949, environ 300 enfants de m\u00e8res allemandes ayant eu des relations avec des soldats fran\u00e7ais y ont \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9s. Ces enfants ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 emmen\u00e9s en France parfois contre la volont\u00e9 de leur m\u00e8re, o\u00f9 ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9s en vue d’une adoption.<\/p>\n

In regen Diskussionen und Wortbeitr\u00e4gen wurden von einzelnen Teilnehmern ihre weitergehende Suche nach Familienangeh\u00f6rigen und die wertvolle Unterst\u00fctzung durch\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 CSF thematisiert. Auch der Einsatz und der Nutzen von DNA-Tests wurde untersucht. Dieser ist in Frankreich verboten aber in Deutschland, den USA etc. m\u00f6glich. Als erstrebenswert und sinnvoll wurde daher von den Teilnehmern die geplante Einrichtung eines europ\u00e4ischen DNA-Labors bewertet.<\/p>\n

Lors de vives discussions et d’interventions, certains participants ont abord\u00e9 le th\u00e8me de leur recherche plus approfondie de membres de famille et du soutien pr\u00e9cieux apport\u00e9 par CSF. Die Zusammenkunft fand bei sp\u00e4tsommerlichem Wetter in angenehmem Rahmen in diesem Seminarhaus statt, das idyllisch auf einem H\u00fcgel, umgeben von Weinbergen, am Schwarzwaldrand liegt. Der Panoramablick \u00f6ffnete sich weit hinein nach Frankreich bis zur Vogesenkette.<\/p>\n

Im Anschluss an die Veranstaltung dankte die Pr\u00e4sidentin allen Teilnehmern f\u00fcr ihr Kommen mit teilweise sehr weiten Anreisen aus Deutschland und Frankreich und meinte, sie freue sich bereits auf die n\u00e4chsten Treffen in 2025.<\/p>\n

La r\u00e9union s’est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e dans un cadre agr\u00e9able, par un temps de fin d’\u00e9t\u00e9, dans cette maison de s\u00e9minaire situ\u00e9e sur une colline idyllique entour\u00e9e de vignobles, \u00e0 la lisi\u00e8re de la For\u00eat-Noire. La vue panoramique s’ouvrait largement sur la France jusqu’\u00e0 la cha\u00eene des Vosges.<\/p>\n

A l’issue de cette belle journ\u00e9e, la pr\u00e9sidente a remerci\u00e9 tous les participants d’\u00eatre venus, parfois de tr\u00e8s loin, d’Allemagne et de France, et a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu’elle se r\u00e9jouissait d\u00e9j\u00e0 en pensant \u00e0 la prochaine rencontre en 2025.<\/p>\n
