Ce 24 octobre 2024, Bernadette Heumez recevait \u00e0 Marseille la confirmation de sa nationalit\u00e9 allemande des mains du consul d\u2019Allemagne.<\/p>\n

Am 24. Oktober 2024 erhielt Bernadette Heumez in Marseille aus den H\u00e4nden des deutschen Konsuls die Best\u00e4tigung ihrer deutschen Staatsangeh\u00f6rigkeit.<\/p>\n

Dies ist zwar das Ergebnis einer langen Recherche, doch f\u00fcr Bernadette ist es nicht das Ende ihres Kampfes, den sie f\u00fcr die \u00d6ffnung von DNA-Tests f\u00fcr alle im Rahmen eines neuen gesetzlichen Umfelds f\u00fchrt. Bernadette Heumez Letienne, n\u00e9e dans l\u2019Allier \u00ab sous X \u00bb en 1945, sait d\u00e9sormais qui sont ses parents biologiques. Apr\u00e8s des ann\u00e9es de recherche et de \u00ab coups de bol \u00bb. \u00c7a ne l\u2019emp\u00eache pas de poursuivre le combat, pour les autres qui cherchent toujours, pour les enfants \u00e0 na\u00eetre. Au sein du collectif les N\u00e9s sous X d\u2019ici et d\u2019ailleurs, cr\u00e9\u00e9 il y a quelques mois et qui r\u00e9unit pr\u00e8s de 1.300 membres en France, il s\u2019agit d\u00e9sormais de militer \u00ab pour la l\u00e9galit\u00e9 des tests ADN \u00bb et proposer un texte de loi \u00ab d\u2019accouchement dans la discr\u00e9tion \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Il en a fallu du temps, presque toute une vie d\u2019investigations, mais \u00e7a valait la peine.
Le petit b\u00e9b\u00e9 Bernadette, Marie, Michelle, n\u00e9e sous X le 29 janvier 1945, \u00e0 16 h 45, au 54, boulevard de l\u2019h\u00f4pital, \u00e0 Vichy, laiss\u00e9e aux bons soins de la fondation d\u2019Heucqueville, puis adopt\u00e9e en Sa\u00f4ne-et-Loire, a bien grandi : en taille, en \u00e2ge, en comp\u00e9tences et surtout en connaissances sur elle.<\/p>\n

Ce n\u2019\u00e9tait pas du luxe, car il n\u2019y avait \u00ab presque rien \u00bb sur la copie int\u00e9grale de son acte de naissance.<\/p>\n

November 1945 durch Urteil des Gerichts von Chavroches in Sa\u00f4ne-et-Loire] \u00fcbersetzen lassen, die Geburtsurkunden meiner Adoptiveltern, meiner biologischen Eltern, meine Steuerunterlagen, einen Strafregisterauszug, Briefe von meinen [neuen] Cousinen, die Ergebnisse der DNA-Tests … Sie haben alles!\u201c.<\/p>\n

Aujourd\u2019hui, Bernadette milite au sein de deux structures : le conseil d\u2019administration de l\u2019association franco-allemande C\u0153urs sans fronti\u00e8res et le collectif fran\u00e7ais des N\u00e9s sous X d\u2019ici et d\u2019ailleurs. Son premier combat : les tests ADN, non autoris\u00e9s en France.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Depuis d\u00e9but 2023, les Fran\u00e7ais ne peuvent plus recevoir de kits ADN et ont \u00e9galement des probl\u00e8mes pour les renvoyer de la France. Il n\u2019est donc plus possible de faire une commande sur les diff\u00e9rents sites, comme MyHeritage, 23andme et, bien \u00e9videmment, Ancestry qui n\u2019envoyait d\u00e9j\u00e0 pas de kits en France. Il y a certes des solutions al\u00e9atoires, comme faire venir les kits ADN \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger\u2026 [via des personnes relais]. Cela a des cons\u00e9quences aussi sur nos voisins. Par exemple, si les Allemands peuvent recevoir des kits ADN, ils sont priv\u00e9s des correspondants fran\u00e7ais qui pourraient faire partie de leur famille \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Heute ist Bernadette in zwei Strukturen aktiv: im Vorstand des deutsch-franz\u00f6sischen Vereins \u201eHerzen ohne Grenzen\u201c und im franz\u00f6sischen Kollektiv \u201eN\u00e9s sous X d’ici et d’ailleurs\u201c. Ihr erster Kampf: DNA-Tests, die in Frankreich nicht erlaubt sind.<\/p>\n

\u201eSeit Anfang 2023 k\u00f6nnen Franzosen keine DNA-Kits mehr erhalten und haben auch Probleme, diese aus Frankreich zur\u00fcckzuschicken. Es ist daher nicht mehr m\u00f6glich, eine Bestellung auf den verschiedenen Seiten wie MyHeritage, 23andme und nat\u00fcrlich Ancestry, das schon vorher keine Kits nach Frankreich verschickt hat, aufzugeben. Es gibt zwar zuf\u00e4llige L\u00f6sungen, wie zum Beispiel die DNA-Kits ins Ausland bringen zu lassen … [\u00fcber Relaispersonen]. Dies hat auch Auswirkungen auf unsere Nachbarn. Meggie, dont l\u2019acte de naissance sp\u00e9cifie \u00ab p\u00e8re inconnu \u00bb, n\u2019a jamais pu revoir son g\u00e9niteur comme la plupart de ces petits aux destins tortueux, en qu\u00eate perp\u00e9tuelle de leurs racines. \u00ab Mon passeport est allemand mais mon c\u0153ur bat pour la France. Toute ma vie, j\u2019ai pass\u00e9 mes vacances en France \u00bb, confie celle qui, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e avec l\u2019association C\u0153urs sans fronti\u00e8- res, a pu renouer avec son pass\u00e9. Et, \u00e0 70 ans, retracer la vie de son p\u00e8re, vigneron en Bourgogne. Toute sa vie, ses origines ont \u00e9t\u00e9 entour\u00e9es d\u2019un pesant secret.<\/p>\n

Ce n\u2019est pas le cas de Marl\u00e8ne M\u00e4rkert, originaire de la For\u00eat-Noire, qui a toujours su qu\u2019elle \u00e9tait n\u00e9e de p\u00e8re fran\u00e7ais. Elle n\u2019a jamais connu cet homme, arriv\u00e9 en 1945 en Allemagne et reparti en France en f\u00e9vrier 1946, atteint d\u2019une pneumonie apr\u00e8s un \u00ab coup de foudre \u00bb selon Marl\u00e8ne, pour une Allemande, tomb\u00e9e enceinte. \u00ab Ma m\u00e8re n\u2019a jamais voulu que je prenne contact avec lui. Elle me disait : Tu vas mettre le d\u00e9sordre dans sa vie. <\/em>\u00bb Si Marl\u00e8ne a pu rencontrer sa demi-s\u0153ur et ses demi-fr\u00e8res fran\u00e7ais. Meggie, elle, a tent\u00e9 en vain de nouer u n l i e n avec sa demi-s\u0153ur fran\u00e7aise, \u00e2g\u00e9e de 92 ans. Meggie, in deren Geburtsurkunde \u201eVater unbekannt\u201c vermerkt ist, hat ihren Erzeuger nie wiedersehen k\u00f6nnen, wie die meisten dieser kleinen Kinder mit verschlungenen Schicksalen, die st\u00e4ndig auf der Suche nach ihren Wurzeln sind. \u201eMein Pass ist deutsch, aber mein Herz schl\u00e4gt f\u00fcr Frankreich. Mein ganzes Leben lang habe ich meine Ferien in Frankreich verbracht\u201c, sagt sie, die dank einer Untersuchung mit der Organisation \u201aCoeurs sans fronti\u00e8res\u2018 (Herzen ohne Grenzen) an ihre Vergangenheit ankn\u00fcpfen konnte. Mit 70 Jahren konnte sie das Leben ihres Vaters, eines Winzers in Burgund, nachvollziehen. Ihr ganzes Leben lang war ihre Herkunft von einem schweren Geheimnis umgeben.<\/p>\n

Nicht so Marl\u00e8ne M\u00e4rkert aus dem Schwarzwald, die immer wusste, dass sie als Tochter eines franz\u00f6sischen Vaters geboren wurde. Sie hat den Mann nie kennengelernt, der 1945 nach Deutschland kam und im Februar 1946 nach Frankreich zur\u00fcckkehrte, wo er an einer Lungenentz\u00fcndung erkrankte, nachdem er sich laut Marl\u00e8ne \u201eauf den ersten Blick\u201c in eine Deutsche verliebt hatte und schwanger wurde. \u201eMeine Mutter wollte nie, dass ich Kontakt zu ihm aufnahm. Sie sagte mir: Du bringst sein Leben durcheinander.\u201c Zwar konnte Marl\u00e8ne ihre franz\u00f6sische Halbschwester und ihre Halbbr\u00fcder kennenlernen. Meggie hingegen versuchte vergeblich, eine Beziehung zu ihrer 92-j\u00e4hrigen franz\u00f6sischen Halbschwester aufzubauen. Und im Gegensatz zu den \u201eKindern von Deutschen\u201c konnte sie die franz\u00f6sische Staatsb\u00fcrgerschaft nicht erwerben. \u201eDas w\u00e4re mein gro\u00dfer Traum gewesen.<\/p>\n
