L\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, un adh\u00e9rent CSF\/HOG \u2013\u00a0Ile-de-France dont la maman a \u00e9t\u00e9 une des pensionnaires de Nordrach, a sugg\u00e9r\u00e9 que nous demandions l\u2019autorisation d\u2019apposer une plaque comm\u00e9morative, quelque part dans le village de Nordrach, plaque qui permettra de faire conna\u00eetre le destin qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 impos\u00e9 aux enfants allemands abandonn\u00e9s et plac\u00e9s dans les pouponni\u00e8res cr\u00e9\u00e9es en Zone Fran\u00e7aise d\u2019Occupation (ZFO) par l\u2019\u00c9tat fran\u00e7ais de l\u2019\u00e9poque.<\/p>\n

En octobre dernier, lorsque Chantal a re\u00e7u sa d\u00e9coration \u00e0 l\u2019Ambassade d\u2019Allemagne, nous avons tous \u00e9t\u00e9 fort bien re\u00e7us, notamment par Monsieur l\u2019Ambassadeur lui-m\u00eame. J\u2019ai donc profit\u00e9 de cette manifestation d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat et de gentillesse pour lui adresser un courrier sollicitant son aide, afin de savoir vers qui nous tourner pour mener \u00e0 bien notre projet. La r\u00e9ponse est venue tr\u00e8s vite et nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9s \u00e0 entrer en contact avec la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Historique de Nordrach.<\/p>\n

Letztes Jahr schlug ein CSF\/HOG-Mitglied – Ile-de-France, dessen Mutter eine der Bewohnerinnen von Nordrach war, vor, dass wir die Genehmigung zur Anbringung einer Gedenktafel irgendwo im Dorf Nordrach beantragen sollten, die das Schicksal der deutschen Kinder, die ausgesetzt und in die vom damaligen franz\u00f6sischen Staat in der Zone Fran\u00e7aise d’Occupation (ZFO) eingerichteten Kinderheime gesteckt wurden, bekannt machen soll.<\/p>\n

Als Chantal im Oktober letzten Jahres in der Deutschen Botschaft ihre Auszeichnung erhielt, wurden wir alle sehr freundlich empfangen, insbesondere vom Botschafter selbst.\u00a0Ich nutzte dieses Zeichen des Interesses und der Freundlichkeit, um ihn in einem Brief um Hilfe zu bitten, um zu erfahren, an wen wir uns wenden k\u00f6nnten, um unser Projekt zu verwirklichen. Die Antwort kam sehr schnell und wir wurden gebeten, mit dem Historischen Verein von Nordrach in Kontakt zu treten.<\/p>\n

La r\u00e9daction du projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 prise en charge par la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Historique de Nordrach et par nous-m\u00eames.
Au cours de nombreux \u00e9changes par mail, nous avons r\u00e9dig\u00e9 et corrig\u00e9 le texte. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019aide et aux conseils de Gwendoline Ciccotini et d\u2019Yves D\u00e9n\u00e9ch\u00e8re, tous les deux historiens, nous avons fini par nous arr\u00eater sur ce qui a finalement \u00e9t\u00e9 imprim\u00e9.
B\u00e9atrice a donn\u00e9 un s\u00e9rieux coup de main de derni\u00e8re minute en \u00e9vitant une erreur dont certains auraient pu, \u00e0 juste titre, prendre ombrage. Marl\u00e8ne, qui \u00e9tait \u00e9galement partante pour apporter sa pierre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9difice en traduisant les textes, n\u2019a malheureusement pas pu le faire, son informatique ayant rendu l\u2019\u00e2me ! Anke Feuchter, auteure de l\u2019ouvrage \u00ab Aus Liebe zu Roman \u00bb, (dont le personnage principal est un enfant de la pouponni\u00e8re de Nordrach !) a donc apport\u00e9 son aide pr\u00e9cieuse et efficace dans la derni\u00e8re ligne droite.<\/p>\n

J\u2019irai \u00e0 Nordrach dans quelques jours pour rencontrer Monsieur Vollmer, Pr\u00e9sident de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Historique. Die Redaktion des Entwurfs wurde vom Historischen Verein Nordrach und von uns selbst \u00fcbernommen.\u00a0 In zahlreichen E-Mail-Kontakten haben wir den Text verfasst und korrigiert. Dank der Hilfe und des Rates von Gwendoline Ciccotini und Yves D\u00e9n\u00e9ch\u00e8re, beide Historiker, haben wir uns schlie\u00dflich auf das geeinigt, was schlie\u00dflich gedruckt wurde.\u00a0Beatrice half uns in letzter Minute, einen Fehler zu vermeiden, an dem einige zu Recht Ansto\u00df genommen h\u00e4tten.\u00a0Marl\u00e8ne, die ebenfalls bereit war, ihren Teil zum Projekt beizutragen, indem sie die Texte \u00fcbersetzte, konnte dies leider nicht tun, da ihr Computer den Geist aufgegeben hatte!\u00a0Anke Feuchter, Autorin des Buches \u201eAus Liebe zu Roman\u201c (dessen Hauptfigur ein Kind aus der Kinderkrippe in Nordrach ist!), leistete daher auf der Zielgeraden wertvolle und effiziente Hilfe.<\/p>\n

Ich werde in einigen Tagen nach Nordrach fahren, um Herrn Vollmer, den Pr\u00e4sidenten des Historischen Vereins, zu treffen. Als ich ihn nach den Kosten f\u00fcr CSF\/HOG fragte, antwortete er mir Folgendes: \u00ab\u00a0Man spricht nicht \u00fcber Geld, wenn man es hat. Und wir haben es\u00a0\u00bb … Der Besitzer der Luxuswohnanlage, die dort entstehen soll, wo fr\u00fcher die Kinderkrippe war, stimmte zu, dass unsere Gedenktafel an der Wand seines Grundst\u00fccks angebracht werden darf.<\/p>\n

Nous venons de rentrer de Nordrach o\u00f9 nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 re\u00e7us plus que chaleureusement. La plaque a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9voil\u00e9e ce matin en pr\u00e9sence du Maire de Nordrach,\u00a0des membres\u00a0de\u00a0la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Historique,\u00a0du nouveau propri\u00e9taire du b\u00e2timent et de sa famille. B\u00e9atrice \u00e9tait \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sente.
La plaque est juste \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 et les passants qui empruntent la route qui traverse Nordrach ne peuvent pas la manquer.<\/p>\n

Wir sind soeben aus Nordrach zur\u00fcckgekehrt, wo wir mehr als herzlich empfangen wurden. Die Tafel wurde heute Morgen in Anwesenheit des B\u00fcrgermeisters von Nordrach, der Mitglieder des Historischen Vereins, des neuen Besitzers des Geb\u00e4udes und seiner Familie enth\u00fcllt. Beatrice war ebenfalls anwesend.
Die Tafel befindet sich direkt am Eingang des Anwesens und Passanten, die die Stra\u00dfe durch Nordrach nehmen, k\u00f6nnen sie nicht \u00fcbersehen.<\/p>\n

\nC\u2019est l\u00e0, dans un de ces fabuleux salons, que notre Pr\u00e9sidente, Chantal Le Quentrec, avait re\u00e7u en octobre dernier, des mains de Monsieur l\u2019Ambassadeur lui-m\u00eame, la Croix de Chevalier de l\u2019Ordre du M\u00e9rite qui lui avait \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cern\u00e9e par l\u2019\u00c9tat Allemand en signe de gratitude pour son action en faveur des relations franco-allemandes. Certains adh\u00e9rents \u00e9taient donc d\u00e9j\u00e0 (presque) familiers des lieux !<\/p>\n

Nous avons ensuite rejoint un tout petit restaurant Kabyle, install\u00e9 dans une jolie petite maison de poup\u00e9e, le seul de ce quartier tr\u00e8s chic de Paris qui acceptait de nous recevoir \u00e0 nos conditions. Ce fut un beau et bon moment de convivialit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Nous y avons fait la connaissance d\u2019une nouvelle adh\u00e9rente, Marie-Claire, qui a tr\u00e8s r\u00e9cemment rejoint nos rangs. Dieses hat der\u00a0 deutsche Staat ihr als Zeichen der Dankbarkeit f\u00fcr ihre Verdienste um die deutsch-franz\u00f6sischen Beziehungen\u00a0 verliehen.<\/p>\n

\nAnschlie\u00dfend gingen wir in ein kleines kabylisches (algerisches) Restaurant, das in einer Art\u00a0 h\u00fcbschen,\u00a0 kleinen Puppenh\u00e4uschen untergebracht war.
