D\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9, le r\u00e9cit permet de donner un sens \u00e0 ce qui est arriv\u00e9 et donc de ne pas sombrer dans l\u2019absurde qui d\u00e9valoriserait \u00e0 tout jamais, aux yeux de ces bless\u00e9s de la vie, son existence. De l\u2019autre, en \u00e9tant entendu par les autres, le r\u00e9cit permet au \u00ab fracass\u00e9 \u00bb de se reconstruire \u00e0 partir de son traumatisme, sans devoir l\u2019enfouir, le nier, le cacher, ce qui l\u00e0 encore d\u00e9valoriserait son existence. Le r\u00e9cit donne donc \u00e0 la fois un sens et une valeur, et l\u2019un et l\u2019autre sont indispensables \u00e0 la r\u00e9silience.<\/p>\n

Ces \u00ab \u00e9pouvantails \u00bb ont su faire de leurs fragilit\u00e9s et de leurs blessures une force de vie, ce qui donne un livre d\u2019espoir, d\u2019amour de la vie \u00e0 nul autre pareil, un livre de courage.<\/p>\n
