    \n<\/strong><\/em>Le fils d’un soldat d’occupation alli\u00e9 fait l’exp\u00e9rience du racisme et de la violence \u00e0 l’int\u00e9rieur et \u00e0 l’ext\u00e9rieur de sa famille allemande. Souffle fran\u00e7ais, salope juive, b\u00e2tard nord-africain, carvi et canne sont maudits. \u00c0 l’\u00e2ge de 14 ans, il a appris d’o\u00f9 venait son p\u00e8re. Puisque trois pays sont impliqu\u00e9s, cela complique la recherche de son p\u00e8re, qui dure un quart de si\u00e8cle. Sur la longue route pour clarifier son identit\u00e9, il s’installe \u00e0 l’\u00e9tranger, tombe dans un d\u00e9magogue d\u00e9moniaque, devient communiste et fan du Tiers Monde et explore le m\u00e9lange color\u00e9 de ses anc\u00eatres.<\/em>
    \n Le livre fournit une vue critique des Allemands du point de vue d’un ennemi. En m\u00eame temps, c’est une contribution au d\u00e9bat actuel sur l’immigration et les r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s.

    In unserer Rubrik \u00ab\u00a0B\u00fccher\u00a0\u00bb in dieser Ausgabe der \u00ab\u00a0Strassburger Werkstatt\u00a0\u00bb rezensieren wir ausf\u00fchrlich das Buch des Deutschen Peter R\u00f6sler Garcia, geb. am 1. M\u00e4rz 1946, dessen Vater ein franz\u00f6sischer Besatzungssoldat war und die Mutter eine junge Deutsche. Auf unserem Bild nebenan ist rechts das halbe Gesicht des Autors mit 30 Jahren und links das halbe Gesicht seines Vaters mit 21 Jahren in franz\u00f6sischer Uniform. Sie sind fast Doppelg\u00e4nger! Es war das einzige Bild seines Vaters, das Peter erhalten hatte.
    \nNach einem langen, abenteuerlichen, ja manchmal sogar chaotischen Leben in den Wirren der zweiten H\u00e4lfte des 20. Jahrhunderts, das aus seinem Lebensbericht einen Roman macht, fand Peter 1985 nach langer und m\u00fchseliger Suche seinen Vater Cecilio Garcia.
    \nEr war Algerienfranzose spanischer Abstammung und es gab deswegen einige Probleme mit der Kontaktaufnahme. Peter konnte auch nicht zu ihm eine lebendige, nahe Beziehung aufbauen. Aber 28 Jahre nach der ersten Begegnung mit dem inzwischen verstorbenen Vater konnte er seine drei franz\u00f6sischen Geschwister aufsp\u00fcren. Sie nahmen ihn sofort vorbehaltlos und mit gro\u00dfer Herzlichkeit in ihren Kreis auf. So ist Europa heute.
    \nDas Erz\u00e4hlen der Lebensgeschichten der Kriegs- und Besatzungskinder rei\u00dft nicht ab. Sie waren in Frankreich \u201eDie Kinder der Schande<\/em>\u201c (Titel unseres Buches im Piper Verlag, M\u00fcnchen, 2005). In Deutschland waren sie \u201eFranzosenbalg\u201c, \u201eMischlinge\u201c und wurden sogar in bestimmten Kreisen verd\u00e4chtigt, Agenten der Besatzungsm\u00e4chte zu sein. Der Autor, Peter, wurde sogar wegen seines s\u00fcdl\u00e4ndischen Aussehenes als \u00ab\u00a0Juden\u00a0\u00bb in einem Deutschland beschimpft, das noch mit NS-Propaganda durchtr\u00e4nkt war.
    \nDie Kriegs- und Besatzungskinder waren viel zahlreicher, als sie selbst wussten, aber ich bin nicht der Meinung, dass ihre Pr\u00e4senz keinen Einflu\u00df auf die Politik hatte und die europ\u00e4ischen M\u00e4chte, wie manchmal von manchen Geschichtsforschern behauptet, nicht zwang, sich einander anzun\u00e4hern und zu kooperieren, da sie sowieso an den Rand geschoben wurden und ihre Rechte erst recht sp\u00e4t selbst erk\u00e4mpfen m\u00fcssen. Man hat sie lange ingoriert. Als wir sie aus der Versenkung herausholten, war Europa schon vereinigt.
    \nDank unserer Aktion d\u00fcrfen heute immerhin die franz\u00f6sischen Kinder deutscher Wehrmachtssoldaten die deutsche Staatsangeh\u00f6rigkeit erwerben, ohne in Deutschland gelebt zu haben und ohne die deutsche Sprache zu beherrschen. Umgekehrt, f\u00fcr die in unserem Buch \u00ab\u00a0Le Crime d’aimer<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb (Liebe als Verbrechen. Verlag Syrtes, 2005) dargestellten Kinder franz\u00f6sischer Kriegsgefangener und Zwangsarbeiter im ehemaligen NS-Deutschland, ist das immer noch nicht der Fall.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Jean-Paul Picaper (im August 2016)<\/em><\/strong>

Sur notre photo, la moiti\u00e9 droite est le visage de l’auteur \u00e2g\u00e9 de 30 ans et la moiti\u00e9 gauche le visage de son p\u00e8re \u00e0 l’\u00e2ge de 21 ans en uniforme fran\u00e7ais. Ils sont presque sosies! C’\u00e9tait la seule image de son p\u00e8re que Peter avait re\u00e7ue.<\/em>
    \n Apr\u00e8s une longue vie aventureuse, parfois m\u00eame chaotique dans la tourmente de la seconde moiti\u00e9 du 20e si\u00e8cle, ce qui rend son rapport de vie un roman, Peter en 1985 a trouv\u00e9 apr\u00e8s une recherche longue et difficile son p\u00e8re Cecilio Garcia.<\/em>
    \n Il \u00e9tait fran\u00e7ais alg\u00e9rien d’origine espagnole et il y avait quelques probl\u00e8mes pour le contacter. Peter ne pouvait pas non plus construire une relation \u00e9troite et vivante avec lui. Mais 28 ans apr\u00e8s sa premi\u00e8re rencontre avec son d\u00e9funt p\u00e8re, il a pu retrouver ses trois fr\u00e8res et s\u0153urs fran\u00e7ais qui l’ont imm\u00e9diatement accept\u00e9 inconditionnellement et avec une grande cordialit\u00e9 dans leur cercle. C’est comme \u00e7a que l’Europe est aujourd’hui.<\/em>
    \n La narration des histoires de vie des enfants de guerre et d’occupation ne s’arr\u00eate pas. Ils \u00e9taient en France \u00ab\u00a0Les enfants de la honte\u00a0\u00bb (titre de notre livre dans Piper Verlag, Munich, 2005). En Allemagne, ils \u00e9taient \u00abdes soufflets de Fran\u00e7ais\u00bb, des \u00abm\u00e9tis\u00bb et \u00e9taient m\u00eame soup\u00e7onn\u00e9s dans certains cercles d’\u00eatre des agents des puissances occupantes. L’auteur, Peter, \u00e0 cause m\u00eame de son apparence m\u00e9ridionale \u00e9tait critiqu\u00e9 en tant que \u00abJuif\u00bb dans une Allemagne qui \u00e9tait encore imbib\u00e9e \u00a0de propagande nazie.<\/em>
    \n Les enfants de la guerre et de l’occupation \u00e9taient beaucoup plus nombreux qu’ils ne se pensaient, mais je ne suis pas d’avis que leur pr\u00e9sence ait eu un effet sur la politique et sur les puissances europ\u00e9ennes, comme on le pr\u00e9tendent parfois certains historiens, ne les aient pas forc\u00e9s \u00e0 converger et \u00e0 coop\u00e9rer, car ils ont de toute fa\u00e7on \u00e9t\u00e9 pouss\u00e9s au bord du gouffre et ont d\u00fb se battre eux-m\u00eames pour leurs droits, m\u00eame tr\u00e8s tard.
